PRE-APPLICATION Pre-Application Site Plan –– Shaw Brother Construction, Owner, proposes to construct Phase
2 of the 329 Mosher Road Site which includes a main office, maintenance facility, enclosed storage area and associated commercial, employee, and visitor parking areas on 126.13 acres at 329 Mosher Road, located on Map 31, Lot 15.009 & Map 34, Lot 15.001 situated in the Industrial (I) zoning district.
